• All skin reviews are free once you are having treatment with us (15min). Any treatment carried out by another healthcare professional will not be taken on by Skyn Skryptures Aesthetics.
• All gift vouchers/memberships are non-refundable.
• All gift vouchers are valid for any treatment or product within Skyn Skryptures Aesthetics.
• All doctors, nurses and practitioners are fully trained and qualified in accordance with the companies treatment protocols. Skyn Skryptures Aesthetics do not guarantee your treatment will be with the same healthcare professional.
• If you cannot attend your appointment please contact us immediately via [email protected] by not doing so this it will result in loss of deposit or equivalent to cost of one treatment session.
• We require 48 hours notice for cancellation on all treatments/consultations.
• Failure to not arrive will result in loss of one treatment session per appointment.
• Please arrive for appointment 10 minutes in advance.
• Arriving late will result in the time being taken off your treatment. More than 20 minutes the treatment cannot be conducted and treatment will be lost.
• Skyn Skryptures Aesthetics hold the right to postpone, cancel or amend your booking at short notice.
• Any preparations required in advance of treatment or consultation are expect to be adhered to not doing so will result in your treatment being cancelled and any monies paid being lost at discretion of the clinic.
•  No children shall be permitted at the clinic due to insurance purposes.
• All treatments purchased as a course must be fully paid for in advance before first treatment takes place and valid for 12 months from day of purchase. 
• Pre-paid treatments and Treatment plans are non refundable. In change of suitability a credit note or gift voucher will be offered only.
• Any credit agreed is calculated by deducting the full price of treatments already used/taken, plus any charges for non attendance from the total price of the course treatment with the difference returned to you (the client) as a credit on account. Called treatments will not be refunded as cash/card payments.
• You will always be assed if treatment is suitable for you or to be triumphant for you. If not you will be informed.
• All products purchased are non refundable.
• We are not liable for the following: 

Not liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss including (without limitation loss of profit).

Not liable for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with its provision of any goods/services to the client.

• The client is liable to provide us with any changes to all relevant medical details prior to each treatment and we will not be liable in the event the client lacks in providing these details.
• The client agrees to comply to all instructions and recommendations provided to them by Skyn Skryptures Aesthetics regarding care of treated area(s).
• Nothing in these terms of business shall excluded or limit Skyn Skryptures Aesthetics liability for any personal injury resulting from Skyn Skryptures Aesthetics negligence.
• Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting in acts beyond its reasonable control including without limitations acts of god, breakdowns of computer systems or mechanical difficulties.
• In the event of Covid-19 closure or services reduction treatments will be postponed accordingly. We are not liable for refunds of deposits, vouchers, prepaid treatments or treatment courses.
• We aim to deliver professionalism and fairness with settling all disputes. Complaints need to be written and to be emailed to [email protected] or verbally to a team member of Skyn Skryptures Aesthetics. All complaints will acknowledged and responded to within 5 working days of receiving the complaint - by a member of management. 
• The client may be called into the clinic for a review during the initial investigation, you will be required to allow us to take photographs and analyse treatment protocols and treatment area(s). This could be held by any healthcare professional/management within the company.
