Refund Policy
- All gift vouchers are non-refundable.
- We require 48 hours notice of cancellation or monies paid will be lost.
- Pre-paid treatments and Treatment plans are non-refundable. In change of suitability account credit or gift voucher will be offered only.
- Any credit agreed is calculated by deducting the full price of treatments already used/taken, plus any charges for non attendance from the total price of the course treatment with the difference returned to you (the client) as a credit on account. All treatments will not be refunded as cash/card payments.
- All products purchased are non refundable.
- All merchandise is non-refundable.
- Consultation fee of £20 will be refunded at full price if client does not go ahead with treatment. If client goes ahead with treatment the consultation fee will be deducted from total treatment price. If client does not attend consultation the full fee of £20 will be deducted by the clinic as a ' no show' fee.
